1. Ownership & Operation
The site is owned, operated, and managed by AIMC Pakistan Chapter. AIMC Pakistan Chapter is registered at ‘189-BB, Phase 4, DHA Lahore, Pakistan’. The core business of AIMC Pakistan Chapter is to market, resell, and promote management certifications, and provide trainings for those certifications and other customized management trainings. AIMC Pakistan Chapter is duly authorized to accept payments for its training services.
AIMC Pakistan Chapter is a sister concern of American Institute of Management Certifications (AIMC), LLC. AIMC LLC (USA) does not have ownership stake in AIMC Pakistan Chapter. AIMC, LLC, a company registered in USA, with its registered address ’30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA’. The core business of AIMC is to develop professional management certifications.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AIMC’s services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
3. Use of Services
- AIMC’s courses and certifications are for professional development for individuals and institutions.
- You may not share login credentials, distribute course materials, or use our content for unauthorized purposes.
- Any misuse of AIMC’s intellectual property (e.g., unauthorized reproduction, modification, or resale of content) is prohibited.
4. Certification & Accreditation
- AIMC reserves the right to set criteria for certification and accreditation.
- Misrepresentation of AIMC credentials or fraudulent certification claims may result in revocation.
5. Payment & Billing
- Fees for courses, certifications, and accreditation must be paid in full before access is granted.
- AIMC is not responsible for payment issues caused by third-party processors.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- AIMC provides training and certification services “as is” without warranties.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7. Termination of Access
AIMC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services for violations of these Terms.
8. Governing Law
Our Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan and the courts of Lahore (including any consumer court) will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute.
